- Studio/Studio Twin: No additional fee for up to 2 guests (however, office use requires additional office booking)
- Studio Loft: Additional fees apply from 3 persons, maximum of 4 persons (children under 36 months are not counted, but prior inquiry is required)

※ Parking registration is mandatory after checking the check-in message, refunds will not be possible for unregistered vehicles
- After initial registration, free entry and exit until check-out
- Entry/exit times: 1 hour before and after check-in/check-out
- Parking available for vehicles under 2.3m
- EV charging available: 12 slow chargers on B2
- Unregistered vehicles or additional vehicles incur additional fees (daily fee 30,000 KRW)
❥ Accommodation Notices
- Free Wi-Fi - All rooms are non-smoking.
- As part of environmental protection efforts, disposable toothbrushes and toothpaste sets are not provided, and bathroom amenities are prepared in bulk.
- Hair straighteners and skincare products are not provided.
- Basic cleaning is not provided during the stay.
- If room cleaning service is needed, please contact the mobile front desk a day in advance, and we will kindly assist you (paid service).
- Netflix is available in all rooms (personal account required).
❥ Accommodation Precautions
- Minors can only stay if accompanied by a legal guardian.
- Pets are not allowed, thank you for your understanding.
- Unscheduled entry before check-in time may incur a penalty of 30,000 KRW.
- We strive for safe accommodation; however, we cannot be held responsible for accidents caused by guest negligence, and damages or losses may result in reimbursement at the original purchase price.
- All areas within the building are non-smoking zones, and smoking may result in a penalty of 150,000 KRW.
- Please be considerate to each other after 21:00 during quiet hours.
- If the condition of the room is poor due to guest use after check-out, special cleaning fees may be charged.
- The direction of the bed, views, and decor may differ from the photos.
