Any employee of a company or business owner, or freelancer who can provide proof of employment

(1) Online application form (consent to the collection of your resident registration number and personal information for travel insurance enrollment)
(2) Proof of employment
① Employees: Certificate of employment or proof of enrollment in the four major social insurance programs
※ For groups of 10 or more, an official group letter listing only the participants’ names, department names, and contact details is sufficient. (Any format is acceptable.)
② Sole proprietors: Business registration certificate
③ Freelancers: Submit one of the following: a certificate confirming the provision of labor services; a statement of allowances/fees paid; or a resident business income tax withholding receipt.
④ Workers in specially classified employment: Submit one of the following: an employment (service) contract; pay statements for the most recent 3 months; or records of salary deposits for the most recent 3 months.

For the Chuncheon Workation, per person Once per yearParticipation is limited to those who meet the requirements.
If you have already participated in the 2026 Chuncheon Workation, you cannot apply or participate again.
If your participation in 2026 is confirmed, your reservation may be canceled even if it has already been confirmed.

❥ Nami Island Admission Information
The accommodation fee does not include admission to Nami Island. Please purchase tickets separately on-site or online.

* Late check-in is available until before 21:00 (the last boat departure).
* Late check-out is available for up to 2 hours (20,000 won per hour). Please contact the front desk.
* Luggage can be stored at the front desk from before check-in until after check-out.
After boarding the boat upon arrival, call (031-580-8004) to request a shuttle pickup service.
When checking out, please contact the front desk. If there are many guests waiting, the wait may be 20 minutes or longer.

❥ Parking information
- Parking fee for overnight guests: 6,000 won (Be sure to register your vehicle at the front desk when checking in.)
* Parking fee: The basic rate for 12 hours is 6,000 won, or 5,500 won with the Kakao T discount.
* Overnight guests are exempt from the additional fee of 1,000 won per hour after 12 hours.
* Please use the self-service payment machine at Nami Wharf or Gapyeong Wharf to pay the parking fee before exiting.

❥ Facilities
The availability and hours of facilities on the island, including restaurants, cafés, and art shops, as well as exhibition halls and boat services, may be restricted, shortened, or extended depending on weather conditions and other factors.

※ During unmanned hours (20:00–09:00 the following day), alcoholic beverages (beer and wine) can be purchased at the front desk of Jeonggwanjae (Main Building).
Microwaves and water purifiers are available in the second-floor lobby of Jeonggwanjae (Main Building). If you are having a quick meal such as cup noodles, please use the Island Lounge or Rooftop Lounge.

❥ How to access the office
There is no separate access system.
This space is for Dear Monday guests only. If you have any questions while on-site, please contact the reception desk on the 1st floor of the main Jeonggwanru building.
❥ Office guidelines
We do not offer non-resident office access or hourly passes.
The monitors are intended for use as dual monitors. No desktop PCs or laptops are provided in the office. Please bring your own laptop.
Wired LAN is not available. Only wireless Wi-Fi is available.
For hygiene and security reasons, we do not lend electronic devices such as mice or keyboards.
Minors, children, and adults who are not registered as users are not permitted to enter the office.
Before you book

- After payment, your booking will be confirmed once the property has verified room availability.
- Your booking may be canceled depending on the property's operating conditions or room availability. In that case, the amount paid will be refunded.
- You may be asked to present identification at check-in. Minors are not permitted to stay without an accompanying adult.
- Booking changes and cancellations/refunds are handled in accordance with Dear Monday's cancellation and refund policy.
[Property Use and Damage to Property]
- You must follow the property's rules for on-site use, including rules on smoking in rooms and additional guests.
- If any facilities or furnishings are damaged, stained, or lost during your stay, you may be charged for restoration in accordance with the property's policy.
