❝ Gyeonggi-do Rural Workation ❞

This is a special product with discounts applied, supported by the Gyeonggi-do Agricultural and Fisheries Promotion Agency.

Those who meet the following conditions can use the discount, and please submit the application form on My Page after completing your reservation payment.

Employees of companies who can prove their employment or any freelancers

❥ Required Documents

(1) Gyeonggi-do Agricultural and Fisheries Promotion Agency Workation Participation Application (Form 1)

(2) Personal and Corporate Information Collection, Use, and Provision Consent Form (Form 2)

* For freelancers, one of the following documents, issued within the last year: General Income Tax Return / Business Income Withholding Receipt / Other proof of income, must be submitted.

Weekdays 1 night 2 days

* Reservations can only be made on dates available on the calendar.

② Select your desired schedule on the calendar and make a payment

③ Log in to [My Page] to upload the application form file (the application form can be downloaded from the top of the reservation page.)

④ Confirm room availability and proceed with application review

* Reservations are confirmed based on room availability and application review. Please select your usage schedule with ample time.

❥ Notes

The Gyeonggi-do Rural Workation can only be participated in once per year per person.

If you have already participated in the Gyeonggi-do Rural Workation in 2026, additional applications and usage are not possible.

Reservations may be canceled even after confirmation if participation history in 2026 is verified.

* Please select experience programs according to the number of people on the application form. If you select more than the number of submitted applicants, an additional experience fee (12,000 KRW) will need to be paid on-site for any excess participants.

* The number of supported and experiential workspace personnel for this product is limited to the required number of submissions for each room.

* Even if additional applications are submitted beyond the required number, the supported personnel and included experience personnel will not change.

* While it is possible to stay up to the maximum capacity of the room, an additional fee of 8,000 KRW per person will apply if extra participants wish to use the workspace (office).

* Additional charges will be applied for exceeding the base number of occupants, to be paid separately on-site.

* If you wish to use additional experiences and workspace beyond the included personnel, extra fees will apply on-site.

The office is available for use from 09:00 to 17:00 on the check-in day, and if you wish to use it on the check-out day, please make an additional request on-site.
